M&E Prime Partners LLC is a residential crawl space and home improvement company based in Charlotte, NC. We encapsulate crawl spaces, install vapor barriers and insulation, control moisture, set dehumidifiers, and handle the repairs and improvement projects homeowners need along the way.
Most of what we do is work you will never see again once we close the access door. That is exactly why we document every job with photos, walk you through the finished space, and quote in writing before we start. You should not have to take anyone's word for what is under your floor.
We work with homeowners, not commercial accounts. That means one crew, one point of contact, and someone who answers the phone when you call back.
